In order to enter CERN you need an access card!

In short: 

All visitors:

• fill the conference registration form, indicate that you need an access card and provide us with your arrival and departure date

• Come to the CERN; a visitor card (valid for two days) will be ready for you at the entrance

Visitors staying longer than two days:

• With the visitor card (see above) you will be able to enter CERN

• During your two first days at CERN you have to visit the CERN users office.

• You will have to bring the filled form http://ep-div.web.cern.ch/ep-div/UsersOffice/ShortTerm.pdf., which should be signed by your team leader.

• Furthermore you need your passport and  a copy of your passport.
