Availability:
Beam time request at the 15 MV Tandem accelerator
of the INFN National Laboratory of Legnaro is two times for year (January
and June). The SIRAD Facility is available for irradiations on the base of
scientific collaborations. Beam time at the SIRAD Irradiation Facility can
be normally arranged within one/two months.

effects (bulk damage, total dose and single events) in detectors,
electronic devices and systems for Space and High Energy Physics
